PASTRY CHEF FOR CLUB MED INDONESIA AND OVERSEAS
BALI HOLIDAY VILLAGE (CLUB MED)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Production of different and international pastries
- Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
- Attending and decoration of the buffets during the service
- Participation at the creation of the menus
- Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
- Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
- Development of your staff by organizing training and formation
Requirements :
- Has 10 years of experience
- Willing to be assign overseas
- Energetic and positive thinking
- Team player and hard worker
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to multi-task
General Requirements:
- Fluent in English mandatory, speaking other foreign language (French or Mandarin ) is a plus
- Availability and international mobility for a period of 12 months
- Able to work long hours and work under pressure
- Willing to travel alone
