Duties and Responsibilities :

• Under responsibilities of Chef de Cuisine
• Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the Chef
• Respects and applies the standards and procedures, also rules of hygiene and safety
• Supervises and motivates its team
• To respect all of the menu that has been standardize
• Work together with other nationalities as well
• Decorate the serving section
• Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, taste and temperature

Requirements :

• Has 10 years of experience
• Willing to be assign overseas
• Energetic and positive thinking
• Team player and hard worker
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to multi-task

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Fluent in English is mandatory, speaking other foreign language (French or Mandarin ) is a plus
• Availability for International mobility for a period of 12 months
• Able to work long hours and work under pressure
• Willing to travel alone
