KOI Café is an original tea shop from Taiwan by 50嵐(“50 Lan”), which is the most dominant tea shop chain in Taiwan with over 500 outlets across the country. KOI Café vision is to provide highest quality products with emphasis on customized beverage for meeting the satisfaction of each individual customer. KOI Café upholds the spirit of customer-first and provides the original taste of Taiwan iconic tea to different parts of the world. The slanted KOI logo resembles the Chinese character 豆 ("tou") and it means “beans”.

KOI Café is now looking for dynamic candidates for the following position.

Senior Service Crew

Requirements

Must be passionate about making great tasting beverages!
Individuals who just have to insist in consistent quality in each cup and enjoy making it to delight customers
Be ready to be trained professionally in Singapore for 2 months
Love to share beverage-making skills to other associates in your team once training is completed
Used to supervising in a customer-oriented environment (any retail or food and beverage experience) is a plus
Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6-day/week basis


Job Description and Responsibility

Making sure great service happens when attending to walk-in customers by having people doing the right job at the right time and place
Delivering the tastiest tea beverage, KOI Café style, to all customers
Be involved in daily hands-on operations such as:
Opening and closing the store
Order taking & cash handling
Mentoring and coaching staff
Maintaining optimal stock level
Ensuring clean and hygienic work area
Completing relevant paperwork & ensuring we’re hitting and maximizing our sales on your shift


Pre-requisites

Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, and English is a must
Be of 21-35 years of age
Minimum diploma graduates
