RESERVATION MANAGER

Qualifications:

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or tourism management
Minimum 3 years work experience as Reservation Manager, Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in 4-5 star Hotel/Serviced Apartment
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good work ethics, attitude and friendly
Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent guest interaction & communication skills
Must be aggressive, oriented result, and have good problem solving skills
Initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Computer Literature : MS Office, Internet and Hotel system
