Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager in Batam, Indoesia (Full time)
Volex is a leading global producer of electronic and fibre optic cable assemblies, electrical power cords and harnesses. The Group currently operates from 14 manufacturing facilities with 18 sales and support offices located strategically in Asia, Europe and North and South America.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager base in Batam, Indonesia, pls find the detailed requirement as below:

• Business and or technical degree. Prefer additional degree or practice in engineering or technical background.
• Must have minimum of 8-10 years of sales and or business development experience.
• Should have SME in interconnect industry developing and selling into markets that require: wiring, cabling, harnesses, high-speed coax and or fiber-optic solutions in the Industrial and or Government sectors. Markets include: test & measurement, transportation, government, manufacturing and others
• Must have received formal training and practices in Strategic Selling, PSS, Miller Heiman and or like courses
• Must have proven: prospecting skills, business development, sales planning, selling to customer needs, market knowledge, presentation skills, high energy level, professionalism closing skills and be able to motivate and lead others through your vision, subject matter expertise and the understanding of client and market requirements.
• Must have complete working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
