General Manager - Hold at least 10 years of experiences in managerial level at the hotel industry, and 3 years as General Manager in a 4 – 5 star hotel.
- Experience in a 4 – 5 star pre opening – properties is definitely a plus.
- Hotel school background preferably.
- Good marketing track record. Please write down details of your track records on CV.
- Advance level of English both written and spoken.
- Ability to deliver on targets.
- Good people skills. Mature and able to work with team.
- Max 50 years old
- Excellent entrepreneurial, leadership skill and personalities
- Good leadership and self motivated. Hard worker and willing to work under-pressure. Result driven and target oriented person. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible for the day to day management of a 3 – 4 stars hotel and its staff and has commercial accountability for planning , organizing and directing all hotel services.
Executive Assistant Manager - At least 2 years work experience in similar position in a 4 – 5 star hotel
- Strong background in FB and/or Rooms Department is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication (in both English and Indonesia)
- Good interpersonal and organization skill.
- Excellent computer skill and administrative ability
- Able to handle demanding workload
- Hotel school background preferably.

- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai HRD Hotel, maks 35 tahun

- Able to handle demanding workload
