A. Front Office Manager:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Monitors the customer accounts and till accounts.
• Applies and ensures the application of the sales strategy to maximise occupancy and average room price.
• Co-ordinates the reception team, organising its work and schedules.
• To ensure that all hotel standards and procedures are applied.
• The ability to train and motivate a team.
• Self-control: handling complaints.
• Good relationship skills.
• Team leadership.
• Good memory: remembering guests.
• Taking the initiative.
• Have driving license is advantage.

B. Belldriver (Daily Worker):

• Good Looking.
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Have driving license (SIM A).
