GENERAL MANAGER – TMP Boga

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for overseeing the entire operations of TMP Boga brands

• Manage and develop new outlets

• Responsible in implementing programs that will ensure food & service quality and costs are controlled at each outlet

• Along with your team of outlet managers, you will be working towards specific sales and cost targets

• Maintain quality of products/services and hygiene/sanitation at all outlets under your supervision by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures

Job Requirements :

• experience in managing F&B operations as an Operations Manager (responsible to minimum 3 restaurants)

• highly committed, outgoing, energetic and has a positive attitude

• Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST

• a highly committed individual that is detail and system oriented
