Jakarta Garden City is looking for professional to support our rapid expansion:

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT)

Job Desc:
- Assisting property manager in implementing the Property Management Manual
- Receive all incoming service requests and dispatch to appropriate personnel
- Greeting visitors and assist them as appropriate
- Input new and completed service request into AWARE Work Order System
- Follow up to assure customer satisfaction adn timely response
- Responsible for handover process to assure customer service satisfaction
- Coordinating the rectification works with project team and outsource contractors.
- Supervise all customer focus officers are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the customer service program can be accomplished in a safe timely and focus to customer satisfaction
- Other duties related to the job can be applied

Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Property (Developer)
- Ability to speak English (passive)
- Dynamic, excellent communication skill & result oriented
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work under pressure and overtime

INSPECTOR INFRASTRUCTURE (3 positions available)

Job Desc:
- Monitors and supervises the infrastructure/road, including reviewing plans, specifications, estimates and calculations and giving advice on corrective actions.
- Monitors and supervises the contractors in accomplishing the project accordance with the time schedule and budgets.
- Supervises professional, technical and support staff on a day-to-day or project basis, including determining workloads and schedules, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Minimum of a diploma (or Equivalent) qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering
- A minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (Preferable in infrastructure residential project especially road and bridge)
- Ability to speak English (passive)
- Dynamic, excellent communication skill & result oriented
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work under pressure and overtime
