Currently we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join and fill the position of Receptionist

Responsibilities:
· Accept guests who will meet with Board of Directors, Clients or employees in accordance with procedures
· Receiving incoming calls and transferring to the addressee
· Record outgoing call request on the registration books and transfer to the addressee
· Review and update address book every week
· Record and ensure documents incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it on time
· Caring and implementing K3 and 5 S in the workplace

Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma all majors
· Able to communicate in English both oral and written
· Having experience min. 2 years as Receptionist
· Customer Service Oriented
· Good Appearance and communicative
