Job Description

The Wyndham Orlando Resort is seeking an innovative Food & Beverage Manager to champion the operations of their open-air 3 meal restaurant & Pool Bar, Room Service and eagerly anticipated modern-chic technology Lounge and Lobby bar scheduled to open 4th Qtr. 2013.



The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the F&B outlets’ operations, while maintaining profitable F&B outlets and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

Desired Skills & Experience

At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience.
Must be proficient in Windows,
Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
