Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our newly renovated, busy bar.

The successful applicant will have a proven background in 5 Star Hotels and a desire to work in a fast paced professional environment with a passion for detail. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, the primary duty of the role is to manage the restaurant and bar service of SOIREE Lounge

Excellent leadership skills, organizational skills and guest service skills are essential criteria for this role. The ability to operate effectively under pressure is also important. We are seeking a dynamic individual with at least 1 year's experience in a similar role and environment. Please note that a proven background in bars is essential. Excellent opportunities exist for the successful applicant.
