Duties:

Managing all banquet activities efficiently:

Prepare banquet set-up from hotel side
Coordinate and control vendor activities for set-up
Maintain high quality standard of set-up and service
Manage banquet operation during events
Coordinate communication amongst service, kitchen, and EO
Control clear-up including for vendor
Maintainance and inventory


Requirements:

Local (Indonesian ID)
Analytical thinking
English literate (verbal and written)
Lead by example
Experience minimum 3 years in the same position
