Sales Manager - OTC

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage the sales and profitability for OTC product through sales achievement, marketing expenses control & budget, maintain existing customer, and build new channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any discipline
Min. 5 years working experience as Area Sales Manager with various area coverage or 3 years as Sales Manager for OTC Pharmaceutical Industry with proven track record, preferably exposure in Principle
Has a good network with PBF, Drug Strore, Convenience Stgore, and other modern channel
Strong leadership with good interpersonal skill
Able to deal with pressure and tight deadline

HR Business Partner Assistant Manager
Jakarta Raya - Kebon Jeruk - Jakarta Barat
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will responsible to all spectrum of HR Service from benefit claim, absenteism, over time, Jamsostek, Industrial Relation, and dispute settlement

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in HR Service or Personnel with the latest position as Senior Supervisor
Hands on with overtime calculation process, benefit claim, Jamsostek, disciplinary action, Industrial Relation
Strong knowledge in UU No 13 and other government regulation related to labor
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Analytical and detail
Applicants must be willing to work in Kebon Jeruk - Jakarta Barat
Full-Time position(s) available.
