Project Manager ( Building )

Responsibilities:

Responsible for contract's tender
Responsible for RABP, controlling budget and profit ( Loss and Profit )
Responsible structure work, foinishing, MEP and coordination with NSC
Responsible for administration and internal coordination ( Matrix Management )

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): cost control.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in Structure High Rise Building
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.




Civil Designed Engineer

Responsibilities:

Create and evaluate design/engineering calculation
Create and evaluate cost estimation and work schedule.

Requirements:

Male, max. 45 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in power plant field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Structural Construction Field or equivalent.
Have an experience in Design and Estimate for Construction and Civil Work.
Have a SIBP (Surat Izin Bekerja Perencanaan).
Computer literate, min. Ms. Office, CAD, Ms. Project, SAP, ETAB, Plaxis.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
High integrity, loyal, and good teamwork
Good leadership and attitude.



QHES Document Controller

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
Have a basic understanding of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & SMK3
Have a fundamental understanding of Quality Health Environment and Safety (QHES) philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems, and professional ethics.
Have a fundamental understanding of a QHSE especially quality system referring to ISO 9001:2008 and its development, documentation, and implementation with respect to domestic and international standards or requirements.
Have a basic understanding of QHSE Internal Audit and Management Review process including planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up.
Be able to develop and implement quality programs, including coordination with process owner related with document creating or revising such as manual/procedures/ work instruction/ checklist/formulir/etc, and ensure all of the them distributed and controlled.
Be able to plan, control, and assure process of QHSE Management System in accordance with quality principles.
Be able to plan, control, update and maintain our QHSE Management System on-line application, including design and construction
Be able to control risk management
Be able to control all of Process Balancing System are fulfilled to Quality Standard (Improvement, Productivity, Efficiency (Cost Consumption) and Analysis Line Balancing System)
Have experience working at site construction projects



Internal Audit Senior Staff

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
Male, max. 35 years old
Min 3 year of working experience as Internal Audit Staff
English proficiency
Proactive, attention to detail and concern with accuracy
Good analytical thinking
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate
Good attitude
Willing to travel, include post remote areas
Experience working for a major contractor



Civil Surveyor

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): auto cad 2d, geometry, drawing, Gps. computer literate, Total Station, Sonar Detection, Auto Level
Able to applied designed, Civil drawing and Mechanical drawing.
Understand Land Development, cut and fill.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Pambuang or other projects.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.




Staff QHES

Banjarmasin (Kalimantan Selatan), Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop QHES program or planning for project area
Coordinate with project management team and evaluate QHES program effectiveness
Report and investigate every accident or other evidence

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Others) or equivalent field with QHES area.
Required skill(s): ISO Standards & OHSAS, Information Management System, Windows installation and Microsoft Office, etc.
Good knowledge in company business processes
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as QHES officer is required for this position.
