1. 1. Account Executive Development Program

Requirements :

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines with a minimum GPA of 3.0

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

- Highly motivated, ambitious, dynamic, and service oriented

- Sociable, well-organized, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work both independently and as a team member



2. 2. Compliance Officer

Requirements :

- Male / Female, max age 30 years old

- Bachelor Degree from reputable university. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

- Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

- Familiarity with computer, especially windows based applications

- Advanced negotiation skills and have ability to achieve result through diplomacy



3. 3. Research Analyst

Requirements :

- Bachelor Degree in Economy or Finance from reputable university

- Computer literate, proficient in Excel and Power Point

- Good presentation or public speaking skill

- Possess excellent command in English (verbal and written)

- Strong knowledge of the capital market including varieties of financial instruments


4. 4. Web Developer

Requirements :

- Male below 35 years old.

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / others with Design Capability.

- Min. 2 years experience in the same position

- Accommodate the skills of Web with clean scripting

- Familiar with HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, JQUERY

- Understand coding with standard doc type

- Comprehend coding with css based technology

- Able to work with framework (code igniter, wordpress, etc)

- Share the corporate vision of having the desire to develop the web in terms of cutting edge technology as well as updated design and programs

- Understand HTML5, CSS3, and Flash is a valued added



5. 5. Internal Auditor

- Male / Female, max. 30 years old

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting

- PC literate, competent in MS Office application especially in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Posses excellent command English (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills and Mandarin is a plus

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Applicants must be willing to work and station in around Indonesia



6. 6. Social Media Specialist

Requirements :

- Min. S1 Public Communication / Designs / relevant / related majors

- Min. 2 years proven Social Media Event Handling Track Records

- Intermediate Design Software Capability

- Familiar with standard marketing concepts, practices, and procedures

- Has a strong understanding of social networking and social media marketing

- Social personality and creative

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Familiar with blogging, social media efficiency tools (such as tweet later)

- Active on at least one social media profile site

- Adaptive on new environment and eager to learn



7. 7. Marketing Support

Requirements :

- Female

- Bachelor Degree from any related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

- PC literate (competent in MS Office application)

- Possess excellent command in English (verbal and written)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as a team member

- Good understanding of the capital market


8. 8. Investment Banking Associate

Requirements :

- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics with some experience in investment banks or financial institutions, preferably knowledge of brokerage firms

- Master Degree is welcome. Marketing, Management, or Accounting degree will be considered

- Candidates with Corporate Strategy, Audit, Industry, or Market Research experience, with high proficiency to learn are preferred

- Candidates must be good with numbers, strong analytical skills are a must. Bloomberg familiarity is a plus

- Candidates are expected to work in high level capacity assisting Senior Management and Directors of the firm with important information and analysis of the company and industry

- Candidates must be hard working, pay attention to details, and have personal drive to advance in career into Corporate Strategy or Investment Banking.
