Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort will offer 398 rooms, as well as 17 large villas, all with a sea-view. It will also include a spa, swimming pools including a lagoon family pool, lap pool and kids pool, a fitness club, a Kids’ Club, an executive lounge with private pool and a 1,950 sqm meeting facilities including the Business Centre.

Essential requirements

- Minimum of 5 years Front Office and / or Housekeeping management experience in the Luxury Hospitality Industry
- A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer skills (word processing and spreadsheet)
- Language skills in English and knowledge of Bahasa preferred
