The Residences at Puri Casablanca, the luxurious serviced apartment located at the strategic business district of Jakarta (to know more about us, please visit our website: (www.puricasablanca.com), is currently seeking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the position of:

1. ROOM DIVISION MANAGER Min. 3 years experience in the same position Well versed in Rooms Division operations (FO, HK, ENG) Capable to operate Management system, especially Realta system Proficiency in English and good in writing skill Good interpersonal skill and leadership skill

2. DUTY MANAGER Male, Age max 27 - 35 yrs old. Minimum Diploma III from Tourism & Hotel Academy Proficient in English both oral and written Posess leadership and coaching skills At least 1 year working experience as Tenant Relation Supervisor or similar position

3. SALES MANAGER Min. 2 years of working experience in Serviced Apartment or 4 stars Hotel Good networking connection in Jakarta market segment Has strong negotiation skill and target oriented Good command of speaking and written English

4. ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR Having skills in mechanical / A/C / Telecommunication / PABX / Audio Visual Experience in relevant field for at least 3 years in hotel / serviced apartment Min. Diploma in Engineering Able to work in flexible hours
