Requirements 1. Preferably Male 2. Bachelor Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Material and Metallurgy Engineering or Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 3. Willing to be located at Karawang West Java Engineering Staff Responsibilities • Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develops solutions, monitors improvements and all exchange and in-house requirements • Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements • Provide advice and technical support for RFQ enquiries and feasibility for casting production • Analyze the manufacturing data and based on the observations should be able to give alternative action plan for continuous improvement program • Communicate effectively at all levels to feedback results, issues and to resolve problems. • Preparing production master document new products by testing new production into selected production line to determine man power and machine usage of new product as well as ensuring the quality of products and safety, health environment guideline/ procedure to be approved Production Manager • Analyze equipment, process and procedure within production activities to meet global/legal standard on quality, safety and environment and propose capital expenditure required and propose to Production Manager. Willing to be located at Karawang West Java Cost Analyst Staff Responsibilities • Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. • Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost • Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs • Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures • Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports • Making estimates of new and proposed product costs • Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services. • Maintaining Cost Accounting System • Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program • Reconciles finished goods inventories Requirements 1. Male/Female 2. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00 3. Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment 4. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply 5. Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards 6. Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports Attention to detail, Excellent analytical skill, understanding of accounting principles. 7.
