In other to support our business growth in the Group Wilmar International Plantation, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill following position. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Responsibilities: • Develop health, safety and environmental compliance policy, procedures and benchmark with industry practices relating to plantation / milling industry. Update as and when required. • Setting up audit / compliant procedures so that issues would be addressed before they become problems. • Assess risks associated with health, safety and environmental issues and plantation and mill processes and advise the management with options that are pragmatic. Update as and when required • Setting up execution plan for periodic audit with well-laid down procedures. • To coordinate with social department in order to develop and implement social responsibility • Setting up staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work. • To build and maintain management system that comply to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, PROPER, and other certification scheme related to oil palm plantation and mill. • Update on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules, Regulation etc. in Indonesia. • To coordinate with HR department to plan and conduct EHS training programs for operating teams and workforce. • To control the accident rate through adequate EHS inspections, investigations and post-accident recommendation for improving & ensuring all Health & Safety aspect will implement. • To ensure the implementation and periodical reporting of company EIA (environment Impact assessment or Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan, RKL and Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan, RPL. Requirements: • at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environment, Health and Safety, or other related discipline • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field • Willing to be relocated in a remote area (Sumatera, Kalimantan) Please fill in your personal information at :
