SMG Group Indonesia, located at Menara Jamsostek, currently looking for a dynamic young people to join the great team as Receptionist ( 2 positions) Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing call professionally - Greeting and assisting visitors - Handling meeting room reservation - Handling correspondence and filling documents. - Handling administration work, courier daily schedule, etc Requirements: - Female, max 28 years old with min. Diploma Degree from Secretarial academy ( Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply) - Good interpersonal and communication skill - Service Oriented and Good appearance - Good office administration skill - Computer literate (Microsoft Office / e-mail /) - Proficiency in English.
