To fulfill our growth ambition we are currently looking for qualified young talented candidates for the following positions : Customer Operations Coordinator Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities: 1. Support sales team to maximize the potential for the region 2. Proactive relationship building with accounts 3. Understand the customer needs and provide proactive solutions 4. Timely and accurate order entry 5. Work with supply chain to deliver product on time and keep distributors updated on order status 6. Track inventories and expiration dates at each locations 7. Close working relationship with finance to ensure that we have a single message to customers about needed bank guarantees, timeliness of payment and credit limits 8. Administer distributor’s target sheets and incentive program at the regional level Requirements: o Proficient in Microsoft Office tools o Have 1 years experience in Customer Operations, Fresh Graduate are welcome o Hold Bachelor Degree from reputable university and prefer majoring in Management/Marketing o Able to speak English o Good in communication and interpersonal skills o Good in time management o Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. o Contract position(s) available.
