Laboratory Coordinator



Job Accountabilities:
•To manage the laboratory to provide the service required by Manufacturing, Raw materials receiving Dept., Quality-Technology Dept.
•Supervise laboratory personnel to ensure accurate and honest test results are obtained
•Ensure all testing procedures compliance to test method manual\
•Maintain up to date calibration for every machine and maintain every machine in good condition
•Maintain clear records of work done, including history files for each materials, compounds, fabric, cement, etc.
•Maintain up to date purchasing spec., source of approved supplier, testing manual both Chemical and Physical laboratory.
•Follow product development for quality improvement, cost reduction, product uniformity through trials and release for production
o Specification(s) preparation
o Material(s) preparation
o Trial processing and analysis
o Fine tuning
o Capability study
o Release for production
•Communicate clearly both verbally and when necessary in writing with management and his colleagues

Job Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
•1 or 2 years experiences in manufacturing Laboratory will be advantage
•Good interpersonal & communication skills
•Good leadership skill and a team player
•Self motivated person with high initiative
•Willing to work under minimum supervision
• Willing to be on call 24 hours
•Computer literate
