VHM Group is a management company of private villa’s and small hotels in Bali. Due to our growth we now require experienced Villa Managers to Join our team
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a min diploma 3 from Hotel/Tourism Academy
• Is Willing to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Speak and write English fluently (other languages will be an advantage)
• Has excellent leadership skills, a positive attitude. Must be motivated, passionate, very hands on and committed to running the best villas for our guest.
• Have strong experience for On Line Agent (OTA) and Off Line Agent
• Revenue and cost oriented
• Has good knowledge on Villa Operation (minimum 3 years experience in similar role essential)
