Job -Discription : Having Experience in the Following Activity : (Coal Mining Only)

• Talent Acquisition

- Preparing the annual budget for Recruitment & Tracking monthly costing.

- Coordinating and conducting End to End Recruitment.
- Actively participated in various campus drives for the recruitments.
- Recruitment Process: Searching Profiles through various media like Social Networking Sites, Newspaper Advertisements, Job Portals - DIRECT SOURCING and research by networking.

- Preparing Monthly Recruitment Reports reflecting highlights of Attrition Rate.
- Participation in HR Round for Negotiation, Offer rollouts.
- Negotiating & Designing compensation packages of new inductees.
- Handling Employee Induction sessions and complete onboard activities.
