In line with our company’s objective and organizational demand, we are currently seeking for :

Legal Specialist


Position Purpose:

Lead the process of drafting and manage the finalization of legal agreements and documents. This position shall align effectively with related functions within RPX Group for any legal matters and/or special project available. Work coverage of this incumbent shall include supervising subordinates’ performance on supporting legal documents’ activities and tasks to be completed by the public notary or legal consultant. In the event of legal dispute, the person shall also act as a legal counsel that represents the interest on the behalf of RPX Group

The Requirements are:

Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law or international law.
Minimum 2-3 years experiences in handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core
Computer literate and English fluency
Technical and practical knowledge in legal aspects and matters
Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
Ability to deal with complexity while maintaining composure
Good time management
Service oriented and pro-active
Good interpersonal and communications skills
