• Strong in recruitment especially from IT background would be advantage
• Strong in People Development and Performance Appraisal System
• Excellent knowledge on labor laws and regulations of Indonesia
• Deep knowledge on Expatriates paper (Working Permit, KIMS, MRP, and etc)
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia languages
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
