At the moment we are looking for a Jr. Kitchen Artist to join our motivated and energetic team at Crowne Plaza Jakarta.
Jr. Kitchen Artist
Specific Requirements :
• Male, min Diploma III (D3) Graduated in related field
• Having minimum 1 year experience in similiar position preferably from 4 or 5 star International Hotel
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good sense of urgency, tasks accomplisher and able to work in shift
• Prepares decorative event presentations and food presentations, selects, designs and produces buffet centerpieces under the direction of the Executive Chef.
• Assist to display the buffet
• Prepare decorative food presentations
• Display food items
• Select, design and produce centerpieces
• Implement hygienic and safe procedures
• Prepare cast sugar centerpieces for display
• Maintain a hygienic kitchen
• Clean the kitchen and equipment
• Maintain personal hygiene
• Maintain a photo-catalogue of your own art work
