Swisscontact is offering employment opportunities for the following position:

M&E and Database Officer

(Based in Medan, North Sumatra)
Position requirements
Education/qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline from an accredited academic institution.
Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in the relevant field
• Previous experience in data entry and database operations
(Microsoft Access and SQL)
• Previous experience in web 2.0 and GIS mapping would be an advantage
(Word Press and GIS)
• Previous work experience with NGOs would be an advantage
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
• Good IT skills (in particular MS Access and SQL)
• Good English language skills
Duties applicable to all staff:
• Actively work towards the achievement of the Program’s goals.
• Abide by and work in accordance with the Swisscontact’s code of conduct.
• Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.


Field Coordinator

(Based in Pariaman, West Sumatra)
Position requirements
Education/qualifications:
• Diploma degree in Management, Agriculture or a related discipline from an accredited academic institution.
Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in the relevant field
• Previous experience in the management, facilitation of Farmer Group/Farmer Forum/Cooperative operations and staff.
• Previous work experience with NGOs would be an advantage
Skills:
• Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality outputs on time.
• Good interpersonal skills and commitment to working in a team.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, independent, objective, good integrity and having “Can Do” attitude
Other Specific Requirements:
• Farmer Groups Development, Facilitation Skill
• Experienced in ICS and Certification
