* As technical expert who support sales people on customer relationship
* Handle RIS project include sample to customer
* Do product testing
* Maintain testing equipment

* As product technical window among production, supplier and customer, handle type testing and maintenance and new product development,

* To check and analyze nonconformity product and minimize inferior

* Visit suppliers for parts problem solving
* Taking care documents: SAR

* To make sure vendor quantity are suitable with order and support in technical problem by vendor

* Follow up NRS product pending list
Function :
* To assist QA supervisor Job description ( Quality Control & Assurance, Claim Handling, Process Review, New Product Establishment )

* Monitor process/ system flow operation runs following the proper procedure/ guidelines
* Monitor and control implementation of ISO 14000 and 9002
* Support in software development (well known about Visual Basic, SQL, Oracle, and understand about Supply Chain Management will be and advantage).
Function :
* To Control all MIS daily Operation and support company to have smooth operation by providing proper management information and maintaining computer system and it’s network
