EXECUTIVE CHEF
REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATION :
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar position, preferably in an international chain hotel
• Overseas experience preferred
• Hospitality Academy Graduates
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer Literate, familiar with Hotel Information System
• Possesses strong leadership with quality of developing people
• Has capability in training/facilitating people, has good communication & analytical skill,
• Good listener, dynamic and well organized and able to work with team
• Persevering and dedicated to your guests,
• Good knowledge of F&B Management & Production
• Able to manage expenses within budget constraints to enhance profitability


Waiter/Waitress
REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATION :
• Hospitality Academy Graduates is an advantage
• Minimum 6 month training experience in similar position is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer Literate, familiar with Hotel Information System is advantage
• Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent communication
• Good listener, dynamic and well organized
• Guest oriented
