Director of Sales and Marketing (DoSM)
Job Summary:
• Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Sales and Marketing activities. Prepare and implement annual financial budgets and related sales, marketing and business plan.
Requirements:
• Male
• Possess Bachelor Degree from recognized University
• Minimum 6 years experience in this field, with minimum 2 years in the same position in International Hotels (experience in Hospitality industry is a must), preferably in Jakarta
• Proficient in English is a must
• Analytical thinking and strong leadership with high degree of responsibility
• Self motivated and hard working with proven ability to lead a large Sales & Marketing team
• Innovative and creative
