Job Vacancy: Employment Specialist at MEDCO AGRO
MEDCO AGRO, Business Unit Oil Palm Plantation of MEDCO Group, is expanding in Kalimantan, Lampung and Papua, professional needs self starter, result oriented, to the position as Employment Specialist.

Requirements:
Male, Maximum age 35 years old
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
Minimum 2 years of experience in same position
Familiar with Psychological test administration for employee recruitment process and writing psychological report
Familiar with BEI method & technique
Having good logic, strong analytical ability, strong interpersonal and communication skill
Willing to to able to travel intensively around site
