The Training Manager manages the overall training function involving the learning and professional development of Core Hospitality International organization’s workforce. Develops and delivers the training curriculum and provides on-going, long-term improvement of employee’s skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within the organization. Analyzes and equips the staff with knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.

Training Manager

Required Attributes:

• Functional expertise in assesment, evaluation, and training needs analysis, organization systems, and internal consulting
• Skilled at making clear and persuasive presentations. Builds credibility quickly with all levels of the organization
• Ability to deals with issues or problems, work independently, drive for results and stay focused to accomplish objectives with a sense of urgency
• Ability to think strategically and systematically
• Evidence excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a 'polished' presenter at all levels
