Estate Manager
Responsibilities:
Supporting operational activities for Customer Relation Dept, After Sales Service Dept, and Building & Landscape Dept.
Monitoring, improving, and analizing Property Management performance include revenue and cost.
Making a good networking and relationship with local government and other stakeholders.
Reporting to Residential Director,
Requirements:
Having at least 3 years experiences as Estate Manager in developer company, with min. 500 housing units.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Civil Engineering or Management from reputable Universities.
Good personality, Strong leadership, problem solver, and innovative.
A Mature person, between 30-45 years old
