Guest Relation Officer

Responbilities:

Attends promptly to customers’ inquiries and assists them with their needs

Promotes all facilities of the hotel


Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills

Attractive and well-groomed

Dynamic personality and service oriented

Preferably experience in hospitality industry (hotel environment)

Responbilities:

Generating invoice and deliver it to customer in period of aging

Credit Card reconcile

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree

Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills

Meticulous and Detail oriented

Preferably experience in hospitality industry (hotel environment)

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
