Duties and Responsibilities :

* Under Responsibilities Chef de Cuisine
* Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
* Respects and applies the standards and the procedures, the rules of hygiene and safety supervises and motivates its team
* To respect all of the menu that been standardize
* Work together with other nationalities as well
* Decorate the serving section
* Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, of taste and temperature


Requirements :

* Has 10 years experiences
* Able to post it overseas and in the country
* Speaks English
* Energetic and positive thinking
* Team player and hard worker
* Able to work long hours
* Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
* Ability to multi-task
* Able to travel alone
* Ready to be posted overseas for minimum 1 year assignment
